File Renamer has a built-in ID3 tag editor. To get to this page, Click on the Edit ID3 Tag button after you have selected which MP3 you would like to edit.

Edit the ID3v1 and / or the ID3v2 information. You can also click on the Transfer 3v2 to 3v1 or Transfer 3v1 to 3v2 to copy the version 1 to version 2 fields, or the other way.

Once you have completed your edits, be sure to click the Save button.

The Previous MP3 and Next MP3 buttons will load the previous or next MP3 in the file list.
