I have been suffering issues with this latest and previous versions of FR for ages now. It is a pity as I love the program and its' functionality so much so that I would happily pay for the deluxe...

After fiddling around a bit uninstalling and reinstalling I have found that the reinstall crashes now right at the last final stage, after the desktop items have been created. BUT... on the upside...

Have had the same issue in a number of versions of FR, both previous and current. It happens on startup of the program. It never gets past the splash screen. Hope this helps.
